Refund & Replacement Policies
If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving yours.Our store does not accept Returns or Exchanges, once an item has been received it cannot be returned.
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:
Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
Parcels that is lost in transit.
We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).
The buyer is responsible for any tax, or charge that their state/country or municipality charges when the item reaches the destination.
Note: Official Sassenach will not be held liable to any lost or misroute parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.
Cancellations
You may request a cancellation within 24 hours of purchase. Otherwise you will receive partial refund as we have already started the shipping process. Please be sure to thoroughly read our descriptions and processing times.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer shipping worldwide on all orders.
Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?
If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments to avoid any possible customs charge.
How long does it take for an order to arrive?
COVID 19 SHIPPING NOTICE FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Because of COVID delivery times have slowed down in many locations. This is cause by mailing routes being changed, or stopped, along with everyone trying to work safe most using minimal staff. You will receive a tracking number with each mailing in which you can track your order.

US and Canada: 5 - 20 days * Because of COVID your delivery may be longer. Sorry but we have no control of the shipping time.
Processing Times
Items we have in stock ship the same or next business day. Shirts & Mugs might take 5 to 10 business days to ship. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.
Delays
In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.
Separate Shipments
We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages, this is to avoid the customer any possible custom fees.
We are not responsible for any import fees and/or duty taxes put in place by governments outside of the US. This is the buyers responsibility.
