      Refund & Replacement Policies

      If you received an item that is damaged or faulty we will happily replace the item at no additional cost to you. Please contact us within 48 hours after receiving your item.

      We will need a photo of the damaged item to send to our fulfillment center to get a replacement item.

      Our policy lasts 7 days. If after 7 days have gone by since your purchase arrived, we unfortunately can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

      We can only offer you replacements at no additional cost if it falls under below criteria:

      Items are faulty – damaged/broken or soiled upon arrival.
      We do not accept returns or refunds if customer changes their mind after receiving their order(s).

      The buyer is responsible for any tax, Duty or charge that their state/country or municipality charges when the item reaches the destination. 

      Note: Official Sassenach will not be held liable to any lost or misrouted parcels. Please ensure that all the information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening.

       Cancellations

      You may request a cancellation within 2 hours of purchase.

      Do you ship internationally?

      Yes. We do ship to certain countries, but YOU are responsible for any duty, tax, vat or any other charge your county charges

       Will my order be shipped in multiple parcels?

      If you place a large order, it may be fulfilled in multiple shipments. 

       How long does it take for an order to arrive?

        Sorry but we have no control of the shipping time. Once the carries/s have it we have no control.

       Processing Times

      Shirts & Mugs might take 4 to 6 business days to ship. Processing includes checking, packing, and sending your orders to the post-office. After all these procedures, the tracking number will be provided to you. Processing time should be added to the total delivery time.

      Delays

      In very rare occasions, the delivery may take longer than the standard shipping time stated above. 

      Separate Shipments

      We strive to only ship complete orders. However, in particular cases, your order can be split into several packages.
