Shipping in stock items. We ship in stock items same or next business day. A tracking # will be provided.

Mailed items from the U.S.A. to the U.S.A. usually takes around 7 business days to arrive after being shipped.

 

 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

For all orders that we ship outside of the United States:

Please be advised that any VAT taxes or custom/duty fees that may be placed on your order have to be paid by you (the purchaser) in order to receive your order. OfficialSassenach.com is not responsible for any import or duty fees or VAT taxes put in place by your local governments.


Shipping to Europe & outside the U.S.A. can be up to 12 weeks but probably around 5.

Different products ordered at the same time like mugs & shirts will probably be shipped separately.

All shipping times are only estimates based on how long it usually takes, delivery is not 100% guaranteed.

We are not responsible for the shipping time, and shall be held blameless in the event of a delay or failed delivery by the shipping company or postal service.

Most of the delays are caused by the customs, that, unfortunately, we can’t control. We seek your patience and understanding should this happen.

If your tracking information states that your package was delivered and you have not received it, you must contact the delivery carrier and address the issue directly with them.

We can not accept responsibility for packages that have been stated as delivered by the carrier. We do not issue refunds or credits for packages that the carrier confirms as being delivered.

We will not re-ship packages returned for wrong or incomplete addresses and customer unavailability.
